3. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

The product/service subject to the contract; is an intangible good delivered fully electronically (e-book, video, software, template, etc.) that does not require physical delivery. After payment is confirmed, the product download link is automatically sent to the email address provided by the Buyer or made available for immediate access through the website.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

4.1. According to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; "Services rendered instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, there is no legal right of withdrawal.

4.2. Although there is no legal obligation, the SELLER promises to accept the unconditional return request within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase if the Buyer is not satisfied with the product, in accordance with the principle of customer satisfaction. The Buyer can contact the SELLER within this period to request a refund. (Malicious and serial use is outside the scope of this).

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from the implementation of this pre-information form, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence are authorized, up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce.

6. ACCEPTANCE

The Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have read and been informed about the basic characteristics of the product, sale price, payment method, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal mentioned in this form and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
